Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of nordicmice.com and any preliminary engagement with Xwander Group Oy (Ivalo, Finland) operating the Nordic MICE brand. Final event contracts supersede these terms once signed.

2. Proposals + quotes

Quotes are bespoke per brief, valid 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is indicative until a written confirmation is signed by both parties. Quotes reflect supplier availability at time of issue and are subject to revision before signature.

3. Confidentiality

All briefs, attendee lists, and commercial details shared with us are treated as confidential and used solely to deliver the requested service. We are happy to sign mutual NDAs.

4. Production credentials + brand mentions

Apple TV+, MrBeast, Michelin and ITV are trademarks of their respective owners. Productions referenced under crew supplier engagements; nothing on nordicmice.com constitutes endorsement by the named parties.

5. Limitation of liability

We are liable only to the extent of the fees received for a given engagement. Force majeure (weather, regulatory closures, supplier failures outside our control) is excluded. We carry standard event-operator insurance; certificates available on request.

6. Governing law + venue

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation is settled by Helsinki District Court.
