Data we collect

When you submit a lead form on nordicmice.com we collect: name, work email, company, phone (optional), event type, group size, planning horizon, country, and any free-text message you provide. We also store the HubSpot tracking cookie (hutk) if you previously visited the site, the page URL the form was submitted from, and a timestamp.

When you accept analytics consent we collect: anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 (property 538616269) and Cloudflare Zaraz tracking, including pages viewed, referrer, country, device class, and time on page. Without consent, only cookieless modelled analytics are stored (Google Consent Mode v2 default-denied).

How we use it

• Respond to your proposal request within 2 working days (Stefan Carrizo, Key Account Manager).
• Build a tailored quote for your event.
• Send follow-up emails directly related to your enquiry (no marketing newsletters).
• Improve nordicmice.com via aggregate analytics (post-consent).
• Measure Google Ads campaign effectiveness via Enhanced Conversions for Leads (post-consent).

Where it is stored

Lead data sits in HubSpot CRM (portal 8208470, EU data residency: na1 region — review with us if your procurement requires EU-only). Analytics in Google Analytics 4. Marketing actions in Google Ads customer 4773314097. All transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses for any non-EEA hop.

Your rights (GDPR)

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a complaint is investigated.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — opt out of processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent — revoke analytics/marketing consent at any time via the cookie banner.
