Our advantage is geography. We are the only DMC based inside the Aurora Oval, working from Ivalo, Inari and Saariselka. Kakslauttanen and Apukka sit further south, with Aurora Village the Ivalo exception. Latitude does not guarantee the Northern Lights, but it changes the odds and the feeling.

Winter

Ruska brings colour, cooler nights and the return of the Northern Lights from late August onward. Autumn is intimate, photographic and quieter than peak winter, with excellent conditions for couples who travel lightly.
