All winter, Hotel Kuura in Ivalo hosts Nordic MICE journeys exclusively — every fire, table and evening runs on the group's rhythm. Restaurant and fireplace lounge, wood-fired sauna, true Lappish wilderness, Finnish artistry in every detail.

Every journey is planned, crafted and hosted by Nordic MICE's own people in Ivalo — journey designers, wilderness guides and hosts working under one roof since 2014. One journey designer stays the contact from first call to last transfer. Trusted by Apple TV+, MrBeast, Michelin and ITV.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Q: How early should we book a journey?**
A: Winter dates at Hotel Kuura are typically confirmed twelve to eighteen months ahead. Spring, Midnight Sun and Ruska editions offer more flexibility.

**Q: What is included in a journey price?**
A: Stay at Hotel Kuura, daily meals, meeting space and equipment, a named Experience Host, the designed Arctic experiences, and all airport and programme transfers. Flights, alcohol beyond the beverage package, and travel insurance are arranged separately.

**Q: What group sizes do you host?**
A: Most journeys are designed for 8 to 24 guests. We design a custom-scaled programme for 100 or more guests.

**Q: Can we travel outside the winter season?**
A: Yes — every journey runs year-round in four seasonal editions: Winter, Spring, Midnight Sun and Ruska.

**Q: Can we fit real meeting time into a journey?**
A: Yes — the programme is modular and the business agenda comes first, with protected meeting blocks and executive space at Hotel Kuura.

**Q: How do we get to Ivalo?**
A: Ivalo is our default gateway and the closest airport to Hotel Kuura — private airport transport is included in every journey. If your group is arriving via Rovaniemi, Levi or another Lapland airport instead, we quote a private transfer or an experience bus with activity stops along the way.

**Q: Do you help with flights?**
A: We handle flight bookings case by case, typically for VIP guests, through partner group-sale arrangements (including Finnair) — it isn't a standing promise on every journey, so raise it in your brief and we'll confirm what's possible. Either way, Nordic MICE builds your full itinerary on a turnkey basis with one invoice.
